This poster is dedicated to just one pose and its variations: Urdhva Dhanurasana.
Urdhva means upwards, Dhanu is a bow.
In this pose, the body is stretched backwards like a bow and supported by the palms of the hands and soles of the feet. This asana invigorates the spine by stretching it fully and keeps the body supple and flexible. The back feels stronger. The arms and wrists are also strengthened.
All my illustrations are handmade with love to bring joy and inspire your yoga practice. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
