All illustrations were developed in collaboration with yoga teachers and practitioners around the world, who generously shared their ideas and personal sequences.
Each month presents a new sequence with its own focus and intention, and includes the Sanskrit names of the asanas—combining artistic illustration with valuable content.

About me
Hei, my name is Svenja and I am the founder of Svejar, a space where I combine my love for yoga and drawing and share my joy and inspiration in illustrated yoga sequences.
As a Yoga student and a certified illustrator even before I became a yoga teacher, I wrote down the yoga sequences I had practiced in order to illustrate them later. I found it delightful to have a sequence visually in front of my eyes. This has also inspired my practice and teaching.
I hope you feel the same way and that it gives you joy and inspiration.
