This Covid 19 Recovery sequence is drawn according to the suggested Yoga program from the Therapy Committee from the Association for Iyengar Yoga in the UK.
The aim in this program is to play a role in aiding the recovery process. Attempts were made to make the poses as accessible as possible for everyone by using basic props and furniture.
The eBook includes one sequence. With the purchase you get two PDF files in the formats A4 and A5. You can print the files in best quality, as well as customize them according to your wishes.

The original UK COVID Sequence document is very thorough and long. Svejars illustrations show in a practical and clear way the complete sequence so it is easy for you to practice it or share it with students.
Also, illustrations are sometimes more clear than the original picture, specially when there are many props involved.
Beste Asana-Praxis, beste Zeichnungen!
GENIAL
Hermosas imagines de la serie de recuperación de covid. muchas gracias
I always find Svenja's illustrated sequences helpful for practice. This one I loved because I have the great original document, but the pose images are littered through a 40page pdf, so to use it you have to do a lot of flipping through between setups. Here all the poses are clearly drawn and organized in a short document, which makes it so much easier to practice and teach from.
