Now, it will help me with the next two courses.
What a great resource. It’s simple, practical and convenient way to start or support one’s yoga practice. So glad that I found Svejar.
I loved it! Very beautiful illustrations of the yoga sequences as given from BKS Iyengar in the Light on Yoga book, that helps you build your home practice. I have already printed them nicely and I find it now very helpful to practice the sequences. Before whenever I have tried I found it difficult to practice just by reading the text given in the book. The illustrations support very simply the practice, without distractions you can follow the sequence. For me it totally solved a problem I had for years! I also find it very inspiring to use as a yoga teacher when teaching. And the title on each page stating the course number and week number acts as a page number indicator so you can easily put in order in case pages are mixed while printing. Some weeks as given by BKS Iyengar on Light on Yoga book are considered rest weeks or are a repetition of previous week so I guess that is the reason why they are not illustrated... it makes sense!
Very noce work, but the name of the asanas is missing, I think it’ll be better if every asana has a name.
And in document of the first part of the course the pages are messed.
Also would be great to have the pages with numbers!
Thanks for taking the time for ilustrating :)
It is beautiful. The only one think is that maybe needs numbers of the pages because when I gave them for downgliding and packing as a book they totally confusing the order.
