This sequence focuses on the pelvic floor and aims to strengthen it through the specific order and the variety of asanas proposed by Iyengar.

It works through the softness of the postures, but also through their depth.
This sequence is also suitable to practise a few months after giving birth or one week after the end of the menstrual period.

It supports the internal organs, helps them relax and at the same time strengthens them from within, bringing vitality and, above all, renewing them and helping to prevent strain or potential discomfort. As it is a practice of continuous movement, the vital energy remains active.

All my illustrations are handmade with love to bring joy and inspire your yoga practice. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
