This poster exclusively focuses on a single pose and its variations: Sirsasana. The term 'Sirsasana' (Sirs = head; asana = pose) translates to "headstand."

In this pose, the entire body is inverted, resting on the head and supported by the forearms. This position is often referred to as the king of all asanas due to its profound impact on the body and mind.

Sirsasana plays a crucial role in strengthening the upper body, including the neck, shoulders, and arms. The pose helps improve circulation by reversing the effects of gravity on the body, allowing blood flow to increase to the brain and other upper body organs.

In addition, Sirsasana calms the mind, enhancing concentration and focus. This pose is particularly beneficial for those seeking relief from stress and anxiety, as it helps soothe the nervous system.
