These beautifully crafted Yoga Calendars offer inspiration for your practice and teaching throughout the year. Each month features a unique yoga sequence, hand-drawn and specifically created for this project.
All illustrations were drawn in collaboration with yoga teachers and practitioners from around the world, who generously shared their ideas and personal sequences.
As a result, each month not only presents a new yoga sequence but also reflects the diverse approaches to sequencing, showcasing the individual styles and teaching methods of the contributors.
Each sequence includes the Sanskrit names of the asanas, combining artistic illustrations with valuable content.
Designed to inspire both beginners and advanced practitioners, every month offers a sequence with its own unique focus and intention.
The calendars are printed on both sides and contain seven pages.
